Delivery Information

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know we have received it. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends).

If you place your order before 3:00 PM ET, we will begin processing it the same day. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details. You can expect delivery within 5 to 10 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends).

Delivery Delays

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please allow an additional 3 business days before reaching out. If your order still has not been delivered after this period, please contact us with your order number and we will look into it promptly.

Cancellations

To cancel an order, please contact us at Support@averyandmaren.com as soon as possible. Please note that once an order has been processed and dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please take clear photos and send them to Support@averyandmaren.com along with your order number. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.
