Important Information
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to submit a return. Refunds are processed within 14 days. No restocking fees apply. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Exchanges are accepted. This return policy is subject to our Terms of Service.
Return Procedure
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items. After this period, returns will no longer be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unwashed, unworn, and in the same condition as received — original packaging included.
To initiate a return, please email us at info@averyandmaren.com and we will guide you through the process step by step. Please pack your items securely and ship them using a reliable carrier. Return shipping costs are at your expense, however no restocking fees will be charged.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and processed, a full refund will be issued within 14 days to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
If you have not received your refund after this period, please reach out to us and we will look into it right away.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at info@averyandmaren.com and let us know which items you'd like to swap and the reason. We will do our best to find a suitable solution for you.
Cancellations
To cancel an order, please email us at info@averyandmaren.com as soon as possible. Please note that once an order has been fulfilled and dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you have received the wrong item or something arrived damaged, please take clear photos and send them to info@averyandmaren.com along with your order number. We will resolve the issue promptly and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.
